Posting of AR and Notice of AGM FINAL

Paris, France and Camberley, UK – 23 May 2018 – Novacyt (EURONEXT GROWTH: ALNOV; AIM: NCYT), an international specialist in clinical diagnostics, today announces that the Company’s Annual Report and Accounts (“Annual Report”) for the year ended 31 December 2017 has today been published and uploaded to the Company’s website.  The Annual Report has also been posted in hard copy to all shareholders that hold ordinary shares through CREST Depository Interests (CDIs).  The Notice of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and a Form of Proxy were made available to shareholders on 4 May 2018.
