Appointment of Joint Corporate Broker
Paris, France, and Manchester, UK – 15 September 2025 – Novacyt S.A. (EURONEXT GROWTH: ALNOV; AIM: NCYT), the international molecular diagnostics company with a broad portfolio of integrated technologies and services, announces the appointment of Singer Capital Markets as joint corporate broker to the Company, with immediate effect.
Singer Capital Markets will work alongside SP Angel, the Company’s Nominated Adviser and existing joint corporate broker.
