Paris, France and Camberley, UK – 20 June 2019 – Novacyt (EURONEXT GROWTH: ALNOV; AIM: NCYT), an international specialist in clinical diagnostics, met to hold its Annual General and Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting in Paris yesterday. The meeting was not deemed quorate due to the required minimum number of voting rights under French company law not being present or represented at the meeting. Therefore, a new Annual General and Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting will be held on 18th July 2019 at 2.00 p.m. (GMT) location to be confirmed.
